Description of Flashforge Semi-Enclosed Removable Platform Education 3D Printing Solutions

【Design for Kids】-- The FlashForge Finder series has cemented itself as a favorite 3D printer for children and teens, both at home and in classrooms. Finder Lite is that it looks very likely to appeal to kids. The brightly colored open-sided case of tough but well-made chunky plastic is a welcome change from its more industrial and gives it a satisfyingly sturdy feel. 【Touchscreen】-- This 3.5-inch touchscreen is extremely clear and easy to use. When you first turn on the printer it gives you three options to select from, and from there you’re given more selections. It makes finding what you’re looking for simple and it’s very intuitive. the touch screen is clear and responsive and an ideal interface for younger users to quickly get to grips with. 【Quiet to Use】-- This little fella is quiet — minus its cheerful chirping to let you know it’s on and ready to print. This means you can keep it in a common space in your home without it driving you crazy. The original Finder was a surprisingly quiet machine. 【Removable Build Plate】-- A necessity given the small, enclosed build space of this machine is the removable build plate, which is easy to put on and take off. The build platform is completely removable making removal of your finished print much easier, The bed is completely unheated, which makes it much safer for younger users. 【Reliable After-Sales 】-- Customer service at FlashForge to be outstanding. With very prompt and helpful replies to your queries received usually within just a few hours. Finder Lite machine makes 3D printing that bit more accessible to a host of people who want to be sure they’re spending their money on something reliable and safe for their family.

Decent starter, too loud system noise, but quiet printing

In general, a decent entry-level printer. Of course, this is mainly because you learn what can go wrong and the best way to fix it (after looking, usually not via the manual or website). It took a while to set up and then even more time to get the filament settings right. However, the printer tends to create chains between different objects, and towers/higher objects are almost impossible to sculpt correctly when it has to navigate through empty space. The level of detail could also be…

Can't beat the price

I've been using the standard Flashforge finder for a few years so I was curious how the new "Lite" version is. So far I only see 3 differences: 1) Color options (I like the blue color much more than the original red). 2) SD card only - no printing via flash drive, USB cable or Wi-Fi. It doesn't bother me at all as I never used Wi-Fi or a USB cable with the original Finder and an SD card is just as easy as a flash drive. 3) No internal memory - this is not so important. , but I was a little…

The best entry-level printer on the market. ZEITRAUM

I've been in the 3D printing industry for about ten years now. My main workhorses are the Makerbot Replicator 5th Edition and SnapMaker 2, which I still love for a number of reasons. but since this review is about FlashForge FinderLite, let's talk about it. My wife and mother-in-law own a very successful cookie business that needs specially designed cookie cutters at a rate of 3-4 a week (slow week). I was able to make these for my wife using Makerbot, but since my mother-in-law lives on the…
