I used them to hang 15 plates. Three days later one fell over and broke. They have such a low profile that your plate can hang almost flat against the wall. However, there is a trick to using them. I would like to give a better rating because I really thought this was the answer to the wall mount problem. I don't like wall hangings with clips around plates just because they look ugly so I really liked them when I saw them.
