This is the perfect kit for many small projects. There are many different styles and colors to keep things interesting. The fabric doesn't look bad so I think the price is good for this batch.

Pretty fabrics - 4 of each of 25 designs. I would say 1/2 floral, 1/3 striped or checked, and the rest is (slightly) different. A good range of colors but many have a light background of white or off-white. Only 4-5 are "dark" patterns.

I am very disappointed! Squares do not intersect 4x4 as stated! This also applies to 8x8 squares. If you need to cut the material to a specific 4x4 or 8x8 size, cut it yourself. There are also children's materials with the alphabet and animals. The bear is misspelled and it actually says 'beer' so be careful not to include this in the baby blanket unless you find it funny in which case it will be a topic of conversation.

Received the package yesterday As with all fabrics I intend to use for quilting, I washed, dried and ironed the fabrics. Her size is 11 inches (almost a square). Most fabrics I would never choose. Many of them are twill weave, although lightweight and suitable for baby blankets. I will keep the set but I will not order again. It's better to buy fat quarters or a layered cake on sale at a reputable fabric store. We live and learn. Not the end of the world, but a disappointment after several days

Good quality overall. Used to make a baby blanket. Some shrinkage has occurred and the colors have faded significantly. However, I love the look of the soft and faded comforter. I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time. There were some I didn't use because they were weird. Not being a quilter, I can't be sure of the exact thread count, but it fits the criteria for homemade cloth face masks.
