🔊 Flowmaster Super 44 Series 3 Inlet (C) / Outlet (O) 943047 Review

Upgrade to 2010 Silverado 4.8. It sounded MUCH better. More of a V8 sound. Increased mileage and savings of at least 50 pounds over a stock muffler. Still manual on the inside, but a nice V8 rumble on the outside.

Installed on my Jeep 4.0, sounds good. Not the quietest muffler and a little buried in the cabin but I knew I was going in. If that's true of a daily driver, it can get a bit noisy, especially if you do a lot of freeway driving. If it's a weekend project then damn yeah sounds great.

Gave my '03 Ram 2500 a slight rumble at idle, wish it was a little louder at idle. But when you step on the gas, it's very loud. Cruising speed is perfect, there is almost no drone in the cockpit. Can easily speak or listen to music. Not a really noticeable increase in mileage, but I noticed an increase in power, but at the same time I made a cold air intake. Basically satisfied

Bought for my 03 Silverado with 3" inlet and outlet. It didn't fit my truck, someone said it would fit but it was impossible to lose it. It was common Thinking of using exhaust clamps and that didn't work either due to the size I ordered.As a result welded with spacers.When I got it I just replaced the old one with this one and it sounds good.Low sound is loudest at 2000rpm .Adds extra sound to your truck without braking.

I wanted something that could replace the weak standard exhaust on my truck. Used hoses from a 3" Dynamax set and a Flowmaster Super 44 with a short extension hose that fitted perfectly and ended with a 3" to 5" tip. Noise is average on cold starts and boomy when you hit the gas. The fuel management gives an intermittent hum at lower revs, but it's not as noticeable when cruising on the freeway.

This fits my Chevy Avalanche 04 great, I had to take it to a muffler shop to have it welded for $80 which wasn't a big deal. I was thinking of mounting it myself with clamps, but I know for a fact that welding holds everything together better. I really like the sound of this muffler, it's aggressive but not too crazy to an uncomfortable point. Like on the freeway, I can't even hear it with the windows up and the radio on. This is actually what I was looking for because sometimes you get louder…

Oh my god. I got this for my GMC Envoy and oh my god it sounds crazy. Considering it's literally half the size of the stock muffler, it's going to be pretty damn loud in comparison. but i love it so much I can't even explain how good that sounds. The only thing I should mention is that for my particular truck, there are a lot of drones in the cabin, it might be awful for some but I really like it. Usually around 2500-3500 this is the worst but damn it sounds good. It doesn't sound too harsh…
