A bit pricey for a piece of ceramic but I needed it otherwise the filter was useless. The problem is solved, the filter is running.

I need it for my fish filter sucks I was wrong. I think it was expensive for a stick. But for the filter it is very necessary, at least I would rather pay that much than buy a new filter. I'm glad you have these parts.

This ceramic shaft has served as a replacement stabilizer for our aquarium. If your pump is running slowly, leaking, or making noise, you can order parts to keep it working properly. Reasonable prices to make the system work.

that didn't match my 305 filter as stated in the title. it was too long. Luckily I was able to snap off 1/2 inch to make it fit. it was'nt easy. If I didn't need it I would definitely send it back. It arrived in one day so I was happy.

This is the second order in 6 months. I'm not sure if ceramic is cheap, but it keeps breaking. The second has been working for a long time without any problems. I clean the filter about every 2-3 weeks. I have a backup, it's chrome. I don't like using this one because it's on a seawater tank and the metal will rust.

I love FLUVAL filters BUT you MUST have a supply of spares on hand as parts break easily during filter maintenance and are very hard to find in the field! I always keep a supply of O-rings, impeller caps and shafts, a spare impeller, etc. Trust me, you will eventually crack or find a broken part during normal canister cleaning! Don't get caught without parts or your filter will be useless until you find the parts!
