Arrived with broken plastic!

Fluval received the edge today, the base of the stand and the plastic of the back panel are completely destroyed. I contact Fluval but Amazon is out of inventory.

Highly recommended! good for aquaria and aquaria

First I tried to rotate my pictures. I'm really sorry. For review. I was searching the market for a much smaller tank with a very modern and streamlined design. This tank is perfect! I dropped the 46 gallon forward tank. This purchase was worth it. I added all but four of the previous 46 gallon fish to the new Fluval. The snails that were in my old aquarium had eggs on the plants that I transplanted to the new one. However, I already knew I had snails and welcomed them to the new aquarium. They

If you like a clean aquarium don't buy

Cleaning... I love Fluval aquariums... I had 2 aquariums prior to this purchase. These are simply the best filtration systems ever designed. If you like a clean aquarium, think again. The glass plate is glued, you cannot take it off to clean it thoroughly. The small access hole means you can't clean the bottom of the jar from the top, corners or sides from the inside. You can't plant live plants, and the surge protector doesn't filter anything.

At first I wanted a live aquarium with some danios and shrimp. Because LED aquarium lighting is not the right spectrum, plants will not grow efficiently. And the cleaning was a nightmare, but that's my fault, I never thought that it's quite a "closed" tank with a little hole on top. (Won't do THAT again!). Also the filter system was a joke. This is our second 6 gallon river rim. We wanted to try the new model as we found it annoying having to remove the lid every time we needed to feed the fish or play around with the power of the light/filter.
