The first lock I ordered from this company was too heavy to turn the tumblers. I could not set a new password. The company's large customer service department replaced the lock. The new lock works perfectly.

This is a good, strong and well-designed bike lock, but it is very heavy. Probably best for e-bikes where weight is not a major concern. Resetting the lock code takes some effort as the reset button is difficult to push to the required depth. This lock weighs about twice as much as my combination cable lock and is easier to take with me on the bike. I will keep this lock and use it for something other than a bike.

We originally intended to use this on our mountain bike. However, after seeing how well constructed it is, we decided to use our utility cage on our docked boat. The padlock and chain we have on the cage were cut and destroyed which was quite shocking to us as they seemed very secure. This lock is made of solid steel, very thick, heavy and durable. I think this lock will be more difficult to cut than a standard chain lock due to its width.

I like this lock. That's a lot better than a chain and separate padlock. The shape seems to fit over and around the bars you would tie the bike to. I love the shape of the metal bars and how they attach to each other and bend to fit. I'm planning to take this on a hike so I can take my bike or other items I want to keep safe. I haven't had any luck buying Revain lately so I love writing about this lock. It has such a great design. Fits in the palm of your hand and hides (cleverly) in the back of the seat tube (exactly as shown on the console). At 1.5 pounds, it weighs a lot less than the 3.5 foot steel chain and padlock I was carrying.
