When I refueled the engine after installing these pushrods, 3 of them shot oil everywhere and wouldn't let the pushrods move further down the oil gallery without getting enough oil pressure. It turned out that the metering valves in these 3 were blocked by squinting. This is easily fixed by disassembling the pushrod and fitting the metering valve onto the rib in the piston, but be careful not to install the metering valve upside down!
