Impressive Welding Tool for Automotive Work

This welding tool is a must-have for any automotive enthusiast! As my tests showed, it delivers consistent quality welds with ease. The compact size makes it ideal for small spaces and precise work. The 10-pound weight provides excellent stability and control. The only downside is the lack of a built-in safety feature, so caution is necessary while using it.

Traditional quality.

I am 54 years old and have been using this make and bar number for heavy metal horizontal welding since I was 6 years old. I love the thick beautiful bead that comes out when you look at your puddle and weld at the right speed. Tends to leak at vertical welds, but I know and I take it into account. Unbeatable for a strong, deep horizontal weld. In such cases I prefer it to a wire fed MIG welder when slag is not a problem. For vertical welding I prefer 6011 or MIG.

Forney welding electrodes are excellent

I have been a welder most of my life although I am now retired. I have welded Mississippi ships (3 years) and trains (23 years) as well as many other international projects and refineries. I have found Forney welding electrodes to exceed my expectations and I recommend them for any application be it home, farm or commercial. I have found the rods to flex well at various settings and there are few issues with sticking and they work in a nice continuous puddle that is easy to control to look both
