#40-094 makes 16-sided pieces and #40-098 makes 12-sided pieces. Chamfer size easily adjusts by changing the height of the bit. Cuts all composition materials, plywoods, hardwoods, and softwoods. Use on hand-held and table-mounted portable routers.

Cutter for power tools and hand tools

Good sharp cutter. I have never burned myself with wood. I have personally used it for car trim to which I have previously applied 3 coats of clear urethane but cut well without dulling the bit.

Not a router but worked well for me

I used this attachment in a full size router to give a 30 degree slope to a shelf I was making. I chose this nozzle based on the reputation of the company that makes it and it has worked for me.
