Smooth cutting. for Milling Machine Parts and Accessories

This makes perfect replicas of a brick mold. I've already saved the price of the bit by making a brick wall shape out of several 2 by 4's. The best part is that you can adjust the width and thickness of the bar. Four cutting knives made it possible to create the perfect product.

Ideal for my unusual application

I needed a very gentle S-curve about 3/8" wide and about 1/8" deep to contour the edge of my kitchen cabinet door frame where they are Meeting with an inverted raised plate. This is the only bit I could find that has an S curve with such a shallow tread depth. I only use the outer 3/8" of the bit, which is quite unusual as it's one of the largest diameter bits you can buy for a router. I build. Great item, works as expected!

This brick cutter has a 1/2" shank (ie not suitable for use in most hand routers as a 3" or larger bit would be too large and exceed the safe's operating speed of this bit which is 11-12000rpm) The bit is great for making your own brick moldings for new ones or replacing certain moldings in your home. The bit made nice flat and sharp mahogany edges which I have used to replace adding and modifying door and window openings; I made them out of 2"x 4" and 2"x 6" mahogany wood I bought at bib…
