Excellent Rabbeting Router Bit

This router bit is exceptional! As a result of my tests, I determined that this rabbeting bit made clean and precise cuts on various types of wood with minimal tear-out. It's easy to use and handles high-speed operations with ease. The carbide tips stay sharp and last longer compared to other bits in the market. However, the price point may be higher than some of its competitors.

Height of cut not 3/8

I need to cut a 3/8" groove in wood, but despite the description this bit does not make a 3/8" cut. I measure a cutting height of .435 inches.

Freud Rabbiting Router

I received it quickly and in perfect condition. It was hard to find but Amazon had it and Frued put a second corner on the cutter to clear the shavings.

  • The steel guides can be removed from the chisels and used with edge guides for wider sheet piles.
