A game changer for power and hand tools

I usually limit my use of saber saws. Bent, dull blades and numb hands, even with a saw and quality blades, were more frustrating than helpful. Suitable for special, small jobs, but not for general use. But then came the Diablo demo carbide blades and my opinion of saber saws soared. When I tried the delimbing knife on my cordless saw, wow! Long life (blade AND battery) and much less vibration. It's also safer than a chainsaw in tight spaces. This makes extensive pruning projects much lessโ€ฆ

Awsome Blade is the best in power tool parts and accessories

I use this blade for trimming trees with my B&D 20 volt reciprocating saw. I can't believe I can carve with it. Trimming Stumps Right On The Ground I've done this many times in the mud. At first I was worried about getting the blade dirty; I'm not worried now either. I'm on my own blade and it's as sharp as ever. I've used it to cut trees up to 2" in diameter. I really want this disc to be 5 or 6 inches long. If the blade gets stuck too far in the bushes and touches more than one branch at aโ€ฆ

Doesn't cut as well as similar blades

I cut forsythia - stems from 0.5 to 2.5 inches. I use a cordless saw. I used a blade for most of the work, the 9 inch Porter Cord Blade sold at Revain. I ordered this blade based on two things: first, better reviews than the porter cable I used, and second, the carbide tips, which I thought would cut better AND last longer. This blade cuts badly. I suspect the Porter cable design (5 TPI with deeper holes every few teeth) is better at clearing chips. Can't say how long that will last (and I mayโ€ฆ

Jack The Ripper quality

After choosing Bosch reciprocating saw blades for use in my DeWalt 20V sawmill, I didn't want to try anything else. Reviews were good, however, and the slight increase in cost over the Bosch was reasonable if they performed as advertised. And of course there is a catch. There are so many false advertisements out there that it's easy to fall for a new product. It would be nice if the FTC/FCC took more action against lousy products with rave reviews. However, I have no complaints about this Freud
