AND A WEEK LATER AND EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD. THANKFUL FOR THIS PRODUCT

MY SUBUMBINS SHOWED ILL INDICATORS, THE FINS CLAMPED, SCRATCHED, THROW IN THE GLASS OF THE TANK. I'M PANIC. WHEN RESEARCHING WHAT TO DO, MANY EXPERTS HELPED ME TO USE THIS PRODUCT. I TRIED THIS, REMOVED ALL THE CARBS FROM THE FILTER AND LEAVED THE BIO CARRIER AND THE POLYFIBER AND A WEEK LATER AND EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD. THANK YOU FOR THIS PRODUCT!

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Low maintainability

Better than Coopermin but not as strong

Less tough than Coopermin. Used with both Wrasses and Surgeons. The trick is to gradually increase your copper levels each day. 1.6ml per gallon should give you the correct dose of 1.5 to 2.0ppm copper to treat ichthyophthyroidism and velvet. Please get a test kit before using this product e.g. B. General API copper. These bottles were powerful everywhere and many have killed hundreds of fish because the bottle was too powerful.

  • Great for outdoor activities

For Killing Black Beard Algae - Excellent

I have tried 3 other products to kill Black Beard Algae which have flooded my tank and killed my plants growing on it. and kill them. I've tried all non-chemical solutions. I changed the lighting, light feeding, constantly changing the water, etc. and nothing worked. In my case I put the fish and snails in a quarantine tank and used it for 6 days. The algae took a day or two to die and turn brown. Then I cleaned the tank thoroughly, did a 90% water change and put the fish back in the tank. I…

Pros
  • GOLS Certified

  • Requires Socket

I have been using this product for many years. Best for aquariums only as plants can be affected. I have used it in aquariums with plants but it causes some plants to turn yellow. I take it out of the water with multiple water changes after about a month if you aren't adding new fish to your tank. It will kill shrimp and snails so be sure to get rid of them when handling the aquarium. I've read that fish farmers don't use copper sulfate because they believe it harms their fish's reproductive…

Absolutely Zero Quality Control

This product quickly fell out of favor. That used to be my favorite pastime. I treat many quarantined marine fish with copper. Using the Hanna Copper Checker, I have found that by following the directions on the bottle, 1.13 to 5.0 ppm copper can be obtained. Much more than 2.5 becomes lethal for many fish. Fritz denies any wrongdoing, does not admit intermittent potency, it's all over the forums. Buy CopperPower, it's a stable copper chelate that really works at the right dosage and is tested…

Doesn't work for me. 31% loss before method change.

Didn't work for me. The fish got worse after the right dosage. An API copper test kit was also used. The levels were correct. There is also some level confusion. The company seems to agree that dosage is 1.16 ppm. However, the therapeutic dose is 1.5-2.0 ppm. I also increased the dosage to this range for a period of time. All my black phantom tetras died first. After the copper treatment they got progressively worse, so I switched to regular heating. I have a new control heater. Raised the temp

Pros
  • One year trial period

  • There are errors

Get it for your aquarium arsenal

I'm giving four stars because I've only used it once so I don't know all the effects of the product but haven't noticed anything bad so far. tell. Two days ago I noticed one of my fish got sick and all my pet stores were out of medication. I ordered online the day before but it's still in a different condition. I figured this would be my best bet to stay in the aquarium for a few days until I could start the treatment program. I used this yesterday as part of a 25% water change and today I…

Coppersafe is proven and reliable

I started using Mardel Coppersafe for freshwater aquarium fish in the 1990's. Usually the use of this product was caused by the addition of new (non-quarantine) fish. (I was in college at the time and didn't have the space to set up a special quarantine tank, which is the recommended way to introduce new fish after they've gone through isolation for 2-3 weeks without incident.) It's been more difficult lately become used to finding this product in local fish shops. When I finally found it here…
