Revain is overpriced. Shop Around

Fromm is a great brand and my pup loves these kibbles. However, I am very unhappy with how much I overpaid for this ยฃ5 bag. $25 for a 5 pound bag is ridiculous! Other websites list it for $12.45 and my local pet store lists it for $14.99.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not as thick as other products

Found cheaper than. Amazon!

Our puppy trainer recommended this Fromms puppy food and loves it. I bought a ยฃ5 bag for the price listed. It was expensive in my opinion but not for our new pup. I went to Pet Express in our hometown and found a 15 pound bag for $29. Revane lost a customer over puppy food.

  • Great Price
Cons

Small pellets are perfect for a pup!

My Frenchie puppy had loose stools due to the breed recommended food. We switched to it and our dog has developed splendidly. What I love about this formula, besides being a good feed, is the size of the kibble, small as a puppy! Another puppy food - the chunks were huge! To complement this dish, we made chicken puree made in Instapot and then mixed it with a dash of virgin coconut oil in our recipe with no sugar, no spices, canned pumpkin. Frozen in ice cube trays.

  • Excellent Overall

My dog โ€‹โ€‹is still alive after eating this.

This dog food comes highly recommended which is why I bought it. This is the second time I buy it for my corgi; and he didn't complain to me, didn't pull me, and didn't even die. It's a bit more expensive but I'll probably stick with it as he's healthy, loves to eat, and makes good, hard poo that I'm not afraid of infecting me. Note: I also add some organic pumpkin puree and some grain-free wet food to his meals. Adds lots of fiber and provides a good balance.

I have Frenchies. I got him at 14 weeks and he's had him since the day we got him from his breeders. He likes it and his poop is small and has no smell. I had a dog that ate other regular Publix/supermarket dog food and because it didn't have a lot of nutrients, his poop was large and smelly. They absorb all the nutrients and his coat becomes shiny and beautiful. Try it, your dogs will love it. Just give him a chance. It's worth the extra money

  • Decent performance

The puppy's coat is now super shiny!

My 5 month old dachshund puppy seems to like this food very much. My wife and I had trouble finding a food that our pup would love while being good for him because dachshunds are prone to obesity and this gold dry food seems to have done the trick. My dog cleaned the bowl from the first time and her coat is much shinier. She also stopped eating dirt off the ground, which our vet explained was a condition caused by a lack of a specific group of minerals. Excellent food, I will continue to buy it

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • I'll write later

Expensive low to medium quality products pretend to be premium

This product is overpriced. The first ingredient is chicken meal, not real meat like real premium food. The bag has French and trendy fonts but is made in Wisconsin. A few years ago, Fromm faced a recall because her food was lacking in nutrients. I paid almost $5 a pound for this thing, my dog had horrible farts and runny poo. With some perks of searching and selling, I was able to find real premium foods for about $1 a pound, with no grains and real meat as the first ingredient. Fromm onlyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High support and durability ratings from testers
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Bad Batch - Puppy Got Very Sick

We recently bought a puppy and the breeder used this food. We ordered the Revain pack to make sure the pup got the same nutrition. As soon as we started using the Revain bag, the dog got very sick. Bathroom problems, inability to store food, wreck. So we took her to the vet and they put her on a light diet and she was fine as long as she ate that food. So we started again with Fromm, the next day the dog got very sick again. Back to the vet for a tasteless diet. Thought it might be food so weโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Still Happy

  • Easy Maintainability
