Saves money on parts

Very good quality. Escalade 07 is a 405 hp AWD6.2 LS engine. They have been known to destroy the driver's side bracket every 50,000 miles. In addition, rust occurs under the truck body. Use 3M primer.

After shouting a few choice words and breaking the heat shield, all went well.

Worked for 45 minutes but the holes to access the heat shield were far away. Some modifications were required for the installation. The engineer in charge definitely missed the geometry lesson. I wish I could catch the misaligned holes before doing the magic trick to put it back in place.

The anchor holes could have been a bit more precise, I had to ream them up a bit!

Worked for a very short time and already halved! The rivet with the steel pin popped out of the hole and the engine was in trouble again! Went to O'reilly and bought another Chinese piece, slightly better quality and it fit perfectly! I think the crap online is imperfect details! basically garbage!

Just be patient, the result will be worth the effort you put in.

The price of this product was very cheap, regarding workmanship there are no complaints on parts, installation on my 2009 Chevrolet Avalanche 4 Drive was very difficult, I would not recommend it for the faint hearted, but after much swearing we finally got it installed. Replacing all three fasteners was the right way, the truck drives like new again. Galveston, Texas

It's easy if you have the right tools/equipment and know what you're doing.

No more knocking. Many Thanks. They fought me, but the machine hadn't beaten me yet. As I said in the title, if you know what you're doing and have everything you need, that's fine. If you are unsure and post it on youtube find someone who knows what they are doing. For us it is quite simple, although sometimes it aggravates the situation. No elevator? Don't have the right tools? Never done? You can hit your kids when you're done. Nobody wants it. Be nice to your kids and let someone who knowsโ€ฆ
