🔥 High-Performance Fuel Pump with Regulator and Strainer for Polaris Ranger 500 700 800 2006-2010 - 43PSI Review

I installed a new pump regulator and filter. Luckily I checked the fuel pressure afterwards. The pressure was too high, over 50psi. The regulator was used on later higher pressure models. I removed the pump assembly and reinstalled the old regulator. The new pump and old regulator worked perfectly.

I installed these items the day after I received them. The fuel pressure on my 2009 Polaris Ranger 700 was 25psi before installing a new pump and pressure regulator. After installation, a pressure test showed that the system pressure was now 40psi. Well within specification 39psi +/- 3psi. It works as expected.

This item fits my 2005 Polaris Ranger 700xp perfectly. What a way to save. I bought another one from a different seller and it wouldn't work. I bought this, installed it in the fuel pump housing and it was easy. Installed and started it on my ranger. The new fuel pump went for 400.00r. Thanks, great job.

Tried this pump due to the low price to save a few bucks for an old gentleman. (First pump) only produced 21 pounds of pressure and only ran the car on 3/4 throttle, lasted about a mile and the car stalled. The replacement weighed 8 pounds and could barely pull the car off the tracks. As a mechanic with years of experience, I should have known better than to try second. Fuel lines, voltage and other components were also checked.

Just installed this pump on my 2009 Polaris Ranger Crew 700 EFI after watching some YouTube videos. HUNDREDS saved compared to OEM Polaris pump.
