Terrible product. Be careful as this product is poorly designed. The product lasted 6 months and then the bypass valve failed. For your information, the bypass valve is an internal part and cannot be replaced. Under no circumstances should you contact Furrion. Because they want proof, the valve is defective. Initially, the device comes in two packages. The outside door in one and the heater in the other. Both were very well packaged and protected. Now the surprise is that the device is tiny! I installed this on my 2020 Forest River Rockwood 2104S. It fit perfectly in the slot when I removed the factory 6 gallon hot water tank. The only issue I had was that the hot water tank was in the back of the RV along the bottom rail of the trailer. This magical device fits perfectly in the existing cutout for my 6 gallon suburban water heater. Everything fitted exactly as it should, the connections I made some modifications to remove the bypass valve and also shorten the hot water fitting to fit better and basically the CT to tank connections (plastic on brass) too update, and on mine the gas line was a hose so this part became even easier.
