These shocks fit the front of my '02 Chevy Z71. The old shock absorbers were a bit of a hassle to remove. The top nut began to loosen and then got caught on a rusty bolt. A grinder comes out and I lightly cut the nut off. The new mounting bolt was easy to install and comes with a second nut to secure the first.
