Product - Scrap

We ordered parts to fix our big diesel, it took a lot of work and we replaced the whole top. We even went so far as to replace the FICM. but it still didn't work well. I ended up having to go to the dealer and do the diagnostics. and they said it was a faulty IPR which got stuck open. I'm so pissed. It took 6 months to get everything done and now that we know it was a bad IP we are unable to get a refund for what we have spent since the deadline.

The truck would not start with the part installed.

was very disappointed when i installed this truck before, never flat out. I had an old used one but wanted to use a new magneto but I put an old used one in and the truck started right up and ran great. I bought a new one from Ford they had one in stock but they didn't kiss me the price was high but I ran the truck fine with the Ford one.

GARBAGE! Don't waste your time and money.

I never take the time to write reviews but wanted to make sure I did. Save yourself the frustration and spend $190 on a real Ford 3C3Z-9C968-AA. The intellectual property rights on this kit were bad. After installing the "new" IPR, the truck would not accelerate above 2,000 rpm. almost as if the truck were accelerating, also a very rough idle. After looking at the PIDs on a scan tool and testing further. It turned out that the new intellectual property right was not good (witch after readingโ€ฆ

Terrible product that cost $800 to repair.

The truck was running when I wanted to replace IPR and ICP. They were installed without any difficulties and problems. When I tried to start the car, it would not start. After double and triple checking everything to ensure proper installation and connection, it still won't start. I replaced my old ICP and IPR as the factory sensors would fail from time to time, but the truck still wouldn't start. I had to tow a truck to a diesel shop. After 3 days and $800 I had a working truck again. Theโ€ฆ

Proceed carefully

I bought this because I did my uppipe (downpipe) on a 6.0 liter powerstroke. I know intellectual property rights can be an issue for them. I bought this product because it was cheaper and available back then (Covid). I installed the sensor, plugged everything together, but the pickup won't turn on. For a long time I thought the problem was the fuel. The only new part other than the Y-tube was this kit. This time I removed everything (degas bottle, air intake, FICM). Managed to get it out. Iโ€ฆ
