I have purchased dozens of these types of light over the years. This one wil be the first returned. It turns itself on if the batteries are installed. A fire hazard and would be flat dead when needed. Also they short change you with 2000 mah batteries as opposed to 3 to 4k that other 18650's are. It's not any brighter than the lights with two 18650's.

This headlamp is by far the best I have ever gotten I highly recommend it to you and friends and family you can see for as long the eye will let you almost.go ahead and buy it you won't regreat it?!

Good brightness and the ability to focus the beam is great. Having 3 18650 batteries is also good as we are a rescue team and need extended run times. You can also use the 3 battery pack to charge and USB devices.

When wearing, it is uncomfortable. This is because the plastic headpiece makes my head hurt and it becomes too hot. Then the battery lasts only 2 and a half hours while charging takes 15 hours. The battery dies quickly. The object holding the light becomes too hot and the light dims. I have to let it cool to make the light bright again. It's also not bright enough; It is not 6000 lumens. If the description didn't claim the unit was "waterproof" to IPX65, I'd just say it was cheaply made. But as you can see in photos, the battery compartment case leaves about a 1mm gap facing straight up into the rain, and there's no gasket of any sort inside the battery lid to stop water intrusion. Great light, very bright! However it’s really heavy therefore, the comfort level is decreased. Especially after wearing for long periods of time. But over all Great!

There are so many different lights similar to this one for sale and this one happens to be the third one that I have bought. If you want to signal distant planets or signal ships at sea this is the headlamp for you. Its ridiculously bright ive had many many headlamps this is by far the best.

3 batteries while others have 2. Longer run time and very bright. Beam focuses to a square shape like other led spot light. Can see tree tops 100 yards away no problem. Using it for alligator hunting-thi light is ok but the spectrum is more towards the 5000k so it makes the eye not reflect as bright. If this was closer to 3000k it would be perfect for hunting.

Since I've gotten it I've used it under my truck inside under the dash & it really makes a difference. If your looking for 1 buy it you won't be disappointed

Not much brighter than my 2000 lum flashlight poor quality plastic doesn’t seem like it will hold up long That's my feedback.
