UPDATE AUGUST 2018 - crashed in 4.5 months. A Garmin watch strap broke and was left unused throughout July while awaiting replacement. Unfortunately, a new watch strap and suddenly Garmin Vivoactive can't find this heart rate monitor anymore. changed the battery - a manufacturing nightmare with 4 smallest stuck screws that only a jeweler's screwdriver can do - only to have the same problem which HR couldn't find.
