Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation – the leading cause of hose failure. EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement, heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. Manufactured with OEM-exact hose components (quick connects, branch connectors/tees, sensors, etc.). Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25mm (1 in.) ID, SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25mm (1 in.) ID and over.

Excellent Radiator Hose

The Gates upper radiator hose is a must-have for any automotive enthusiast. The quality of this hose is outstanding and it fits perfectly on my car. I don't have to worry about leaks or cracks UNLIKE other hoses I've used in the past... the durability of this product is also top-notch. However, it's a bit on the pricey side compared to other hoses out there, but it's totally worth it for the peace of mind it provides..

Perfect fit for my car!

The Gates upper radiator hose is just what my car needed! When I tried this product, I was pleased to find that it fit my car perfectly, and there was no need for modification... The hose is high quality and durable, ensuring that my car stays cool even during high temperatures. The only downside is that it is a bit expensive compared to some other hoses on the market. However the reliability and performance make it worth the investment. Highly recommend!

So far the part is great. Finding him was the hard part.

My item arrived on time and I opted for same day delivery which was important in this case. It fits perfectly, the right part. Only 4 stars for a reason. It took me 2 days to find this part because no one could name it, not even the mechanic I spoke to. When I found them, each manufacturer had their own part designation. Maybe I'll decide on a name. I found it by looking for the coolant bypass hose. This is not a part name or description.
