Good deck belt for the price

This belt is the perfect deck belt replacement for our mower. The Gates strap is a good replacement for the original strap and seems to be holding up very well. . Fits great and seems to work well. Here the prices are much better than the local ones.

Pros
  • Offers excellent performance on rear idle drives
Cons
  • Upgrades

Best Lawn Mower Belts

Green Gates Power Rated belts are far superior to OEM belts in terms of wear resistance and durability. I used one for eight years on a previous lawn mower where the engine stalled before the belt broke. Wonderful. OEM belts last < 2 years. The price through Revain was 40% lower than the best price I could find at various auto parts stores.

Pros
  • Reinforced with Aramid Flexcord, a pound stronger than steel
Cons
  • Something Different

There are over half a dozen reasons for a broken belt, and worn, cracked, and weathered is almost NEVER the reason I replace a customer's…

Pros
  • Green Flex-Weave coating resists heat, oil and cracking
Cons
  • Expensive
