I have used the industry standard Edsyn Soldapullt brand name for 40 years while working for various companies involved in general engineering tasks in electronics. After about a month of use I can say it is quite durable. The tip wears out, as does the expensive block it replaces. It is sometimes difficult to disassemble as the case can be rotated to a position where rotating it 90° will not unlock it.
