Received Broken - Lightbulbs

Lightbulbs are few and hard to get as many as I wanted. Also, they were delivered to the wrong address despite being told to ship to Florida. They were randomly packed which resulted in one of the three bulbs breaking.

A small 40w dimmer

Firstly the light type of these bulbs is a very nice daylight yellow light and I was pleasantly surprised. The brightness is definitely lower than a 40 watt incandescent lamp. I don't know if it's as low as 25 but it's close. If you can imagine 30 watts, that's all. I am trying out lamps for my bathroom and need 6. Three 75w GE Refresh lamps is tantamount to too bright. I can only think of all 6. I would get less power on them, but neither could. I'd like GE to provide all types of lightbulbs…
