This was a very easy install. There are many tutorial videos on the internet showing you how to replace one of these. When my oven wouldn't light up I googled the symptoms and decided to give it a try as it's a lot cheaper than buying a new oven. All you need are some basic tools and a few minutes. From start to finish, this exchange took less than 30 minutes. This is an OEM part. It was identical to the one I replaced. All I had to do was connect the wires to the old quick connectors.

Fits Perfectly --- Be sure to measure the old sensor wires before cutting the leads to connect the new igniter to your oven. Longer is always better than too short. Keep track of how the oven panels fit together and all the 1/4 sheet metal screws that hold everything together.

Purchased to replace a burnt igniter in a GE XL44 Oven. I have the JGBS23GEV4WH model, but it should also work with the JGBS23GEV4AD and JGBS23WEV4WW models.
