Broken weld seams + screw holes in the wrong place

Price is ok. First, the bolt holes don't match the US bolt spacing. Mine also had the correct bracket separating from the metal base. It has very light spot welds; not strong at all. But for the price it's not bad.

Solid accessory carrier

Very durable product, essential for holding heavy skis. I bought two and bolted them to the cinder block with a screw anchor, which worked great. You will need a wider drill bit to drill the hole for the anchor sleeve, but other than that it's easy to install.

It is normal if the hairpin is horizontal.

It's okay if you have a horizontal stud on your wall. However, if you only have vertical studs, I would avoid them. The holes aren't far enough apart to fit multiple studs, so you'll need to hang a horizontal piece of wood on the wall to hang it. I am returning this item.

This is normal, but you have to be very careful when hanging the skis, otherwise they will buckle at the ends or fall out. It's not SUPER safe.

So it was really easy to hang up which is great. But it's just not the quality. The skies will slide down and almost buckle if you are not careful to hang them properly. It works so don't get me wrong, but it's finicky and you have to be precise when hanging your skis. I love that it has bar hooks too.
