Not like in the photo! on Triple Square Drive

I was looking for a low profile 10mm flex head as pictured, not what I expected when I got it. It looks more like a semi-deep flexible socket. Attention buyers! Update: Since purchase, the 2 pins holding the flex connector together are slipping out.

Was looking for a flat socket as mentioned in another review

Item not as shown. Was looking for a flat socket as stated in another review. This is a medium length jack. Revain should fix this. Not worth going back but not what I need. waste of time and money.

Pros
  • Many will fit
Cons
  • Compatibility

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - Misleading image!

This is NOT a spade socket, just a standard short socket and THIS is NOT the spade socket in the picture. FALSE ADVERTISING! This is inappropriate. Fake picture, fake description. This is a good selling point, Gearwrench makes good things, SELLER is not honest.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Very expensive

Worked for a few days, but then.

Yes, it worked for a few days but the pin holding the prop shaft started to pop out. I just hit it with a hammer and used an electric tap to secure the connection. No time to send back. I will use it until it breaks and replace it with a hand made one in Lowes.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Modern

I ordered this nut to access the oil pan bolt hidden in the VW mk4 bell. Unfortunately the nest I received had a deeper nest (about 2 times) than shown in the photo. I still managed to undo the screws and reinstall them in the end, but with difficulty.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Love the whole kit - don't be me and don't lose 10mm

Love these little fellas, makes bodywork easier and allows you to quickly and easily tighten those hard to reach horrible bolts in the engine bay. simply. I usually use Snap-on or Matco tools but these are the best value for money (I bought the whole set but unfortunately lost one : (of course I had to lose 10mm)

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons

Flat head as shown

Great quality but not a flat head and was at least twice as long as the description shows. Too long for my use. I was specifically looking for a flat head to get into a bottleneck (the bottom fan mounting screws in the Grand Cherokee). I will leave but I will deduct 2 stars for what differs from the photo.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Not bad but...

As others have said, this is not a superficial version.

Sorry I didn't read the reviews. I chose this one, as others have mentioned, because the photo showed the shallow version, but they sent me the semi-deep or "regular" 10mm. As another poster said, I bought this to remove the oil pan bolts in the bell housing of a VW mk4. Which only worked for me with 2/4 screws. It's decent quality and I'll keep it, but disappointed and I'll have to look for a flat version for some future apps, hence 3 stars.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Not what is pictured

I bought this based on the picture because the mythical 10mm 1/4" pan head always seems to go away and I'm tired of the truck Paying guys $60 for each. When I received it it looked like a 10mm flat end bolt on a swivel. Not to miss the opportunity, I put the nest in a lathe, sawed it to size and beveled the edge. It's been working fine since the mod and I know I've voided the warranty, but I can buy six of these for one from the tool cart and I seem to lose more of these before I break them.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Upgrade availability
