Good auto dimming rear view mirror for the money

Excellent auto dimming rear view mirror for your money. Good quality. This is how it should have been with the RAV4 XLE Premium 2020 ex works. Although I didn't install it myself. Took it to a local shop that specializes in things like this. They said it took about an hour. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fantastic machine. Features

Fantastic machine. I have a 2012 Ford Focus SE. All electrical connections were made in the fuse box under the glove box on the passenger side. I used two "fuse boxes" with the addition of a circuit kit - a mini blade. Location of fuse 85 switches 12V and fuse 71 constant 12V. I found a good place for the ground wire. Installation was a lot easier than I expected.

nice but. for spares

was very happy to receive and fit it but then was disappointed during a night drive when I noticed the 'frameless' part of the mirror running about 1/3 inch from it everything else around the mirror, DOES NOT DARK by auto dimming. Also, they never seem to bother to print new instructions for these frameless mirrors - they sent me old-gen instructions - but that's fine.

Pros
  • a beautiful thing
Cons
  • I don't remember

Three rabbits, one stone.

This mirror would make a great addition to our car. Our 2018 Hyundai Elantra didn't have Homelink, a compass, or an auto-dimming rearview mirror. That one purchase took care of all three. The installation took a little while. Running the power cord on the side of the windshield next to the airbag was a little risky. The kit included many different sized branch wire connectors. All in all a very good buy.

Great mirror! on Trim

Installed on a 2017 Fiat 124 Spider. The standard mirror was an ordinary mirror. Visibility is comparable to going from a 1080p screen to 4k. The addition of auto-dimming is amazing for a tiny car, with most headlights shining straight into the mirror. The built in compass is a feature the car didn't even have with factory navigation and homelink, I don't have to dig through consoles to find a garage door opener that I have nowhere to attach it to. was easy (one torx screw attaching the mirror…

Pros
  • Trial version for one year
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

My new 2021 Nissan has removed the Homelink garage door opener or any built in garage door opener. The dealer ordered a frameless rear-view mirror from Nissan that was supposed to have a garage opener and an auto-dimming feature, but it only had an auto-dimming feature. They ordered it 3 times and each time it didn't have a garage opener. The NIssan parts page was incorrect. Your additional frameless mirror is from Chamberlain, the same manufacturer as my 16 year old garage door. Called…

Pros
