Check carefully whether the filter is suitable for your device. We're using a 20x25x4 filter, but the actual hole size is 20 inches wide. The 20x25x4 filter we used was actually 19.5 inches wide and a great fit. This 20.8" wide filter did not fit. Return.

Very disappointed. I have ordered this filter several times. When you turn on the air conditioner this time, it gives off a horrible chemical smell that looks like plastic. I don't know when this will be over. I need to hire an air conditioning technician to climb onto my roof to change the AC filter. So I can't send the filter back now. I would have to have the air conditioning technician come back and remove the filter. The filter must be made in China.

I have been using these filters and replacing them every 6 months for over a decade.
