Wow, my car is new! I bought a Civic 07 in March 2018 and when I received it there was a vibration. I replaced the mount with a discontinued one, the vibration went away a bit but it was still there, last month the vibration returned strongly, I decided to buy the original Honda suspension and OMG! My car feels like a new car, no vibration, no noise, nothing, finally a smooth ride. !

Installation took about 2 hours without using any special tools in most installation videos. But my car drives much better. It shifts better and is much quieter as I can't hear the engine noise and engine shake. My car was shaking a lot when I first started the car and was shaking on the red line when idling. And if I slowed down, it would sound like my engine and transmission were about to jump out of my car. This solved the problem for me.

I bought an aftermarket bracket based on reviews and installed it and my Civic vibrated worse than the old broken Honda bracket. The difference was that the Honda mount looks taller and doesn't compress to the point where the aluminum mount makes contact, sending vibrations throughout the car at 1000-2500 rpm. Use a Honda mount or see if you can adjust the height of the secondary mount. If the aluminum mount touches the rubber mount and not as shown in the pictures, it will not work.

I didn't install it myself. I took it to a neighbor's mechanic. It took him 30-45 minutes to replace him. The rattle we all heard is gone! I think it's pretty stupid that this part would fail at all and so disastrous. My nine year old car suffered greatly from vibration issues which led to other related issues - a broken part probably damaged the engine or the water line shifted due to vibration causing the engine to overheat and likely reduced efficiency.
