I did a rear wheel bearing on my Forester 09 so I needed a new axle nut. What more can you say than that it fits perfectly, stretches perfectly and holds everything exactly.

Bought as a replacement as part of installing a new hub assembly on my wife's 2016 Crosstrek to prevent theft. Looks exactly like the OEM, threaded well, latched as it should be. Very important!

ordered 2 of these and when they arrived they were both individually boxed in OEM bags. Used this on the rear axle of a 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek. Don't follow the Revain fitting guide as it says it's the right part, but it really is. Just go by the part number. Came perfectly onto the axis and ran with no problems.

Nothing to say. This is a genuine Subaru axle nut and will need to be replaced every time it is removed from the car, but they are pretty cheap where it's not a big deal. I haven't tried aftermarket brands, but since the original part isn't expensive, I see no need to use anything else.

What else can I say, this is a nut, it fits, the manufacturer matched the CV axle assembly thread specs well enough that there was no problem with hand tightening. The nut's glossy, undistorted surface made it a little emotionally draining as I leaned into the slot, but I pushed forward and slammed it in one go until it became unrecognizable and I cried onto the garage floor.
