I liked the softness of the scarf but I think the quality is not what you would expect from this brand. But the price and quality are right, so there are no complaints.

Wrong color was delivered and when I requested a return I was told no return was required. I would really like to get what I ordered but the quality of the product is good. I hope you get what you order.

Label saying Jeffrey Bean was torn off leaving an ugly stain. Then they put an ugly label on it just to say the contents of the fabric were downright ugly. I reordered and the same with the new one. couldn't give. Still waiting for my refund.

Nice and soft but not the cashmere it claims to be. Acrylic composition. I don't have time to waste on a refund now. I'll return it in favor of doubt that this was an error in the ad and does not intentionally lead us to believe it is cashmere.
