I wear size 36 which is what I bought. Without a belt, the slightest breeze will cause them to fall around my feet. That's how loose they are. I like them otherwise and recommend them.

This is the first time I bought Unionbay clothing, and I was impressed with all three selections of men's short I bought. They fit great and they were true to size. Material was good and it's easier to say I liked everything about them.

These are nice shorts. I got a black pair and right off the top I was impressed withe the quality. The material is thick yet comfy. I love the fact that although they are made of cotton, the won't shrink. I also love that the don't fade. Stop searching and buy already. 👍

These shorts look great on my husband. Good soft material and he says they are really comfy. He likes the large deep pockets that can hold his things comfortably.

Very comfortable. The belt works great, but I take it off when washing the shorts. The zipper is poor quality; I avoid using it.

Good looking, good fit, Quality material. Ignore reviews that say material is thick. These are normal cargo shorts. Would buy again.

These are soo comfortable! Wranglers are great but I like this brand and the variety of colors. I don't use the included belt. I have pants I love in this brand so tried the shorts. Love them!

I purchased these shirts for my fiancé. They fit him great. He loves it. They were also the perfect length. He is 6’2 and it met him right above the knee. He’s very happy.

I’m not sure if they’re doing it on purpose but everything seems to be tighter than expected. I used to order a size larger to account for shrinkage, but now I have to go up TWO sizes, and even then there’re no guarantees.Overall though, I’m not 100% dissatisfied.

Update:I dropped the rating from 4 stars to 3 stars. The reason is that the velcro on the large side pockets is poorly positioned and weak. I'm always worried my keys or other items will spill out when hiking. I like the look, how the pocket flaps close and the fit great, but two issues with the product. The belts came off fast, because they are a bear to get open. Probably just the nature of that type of ring fastener belts, but if they were a more rigid nylon webbing, I think they’d have been much easier to undo.The other issue is the fly zipper. My husband is VERY picky about clothes and long time ago he wore a certain brand of cargo shorts only but the line discontinued. After wearing the shorts completely out,I used Best Buy Try before you buy to find some news ones he would wear. This brand won out and it’s all he has worn since. I rebuy them when he wears out the old ones and pray this line never discontinues!

They’re very durable, thick fabric they just fit a little large, which for a fat guy isn’t really a problem That's my review.

The first thing I noticed about these shorts was that material is of very good quality. The styling is more traditional, which was exactly what I was looking for. Because of this, and the decent price, I’ve purchased 3 pairs of these now.

Everyday casual wear. Fit is good, lots of pockets which is a mixed bag. Can forget which pocket you might have shoved an item in to but that is not the fault of the shorts. I have a few pairs that have lasted more than a couple years so there is a good return on the money spent.Comfortable and loose fitting where it it supposed to be. I just ordered a couple more so if something is good enough to purchase again, that says quite a lot.

I usually avoiding buying clothes online because of concerns with the fit and often disappointment in look and quality. I was very happy with what I received and got 3 pairs, all with no complaints. Highly recommend!

5'4" 145 lbs these fit good, just below knee lots of room and lots of pockets. these have been thru several wash dry cycles without issue

Bought size 34 but fits more like 35-36 according to husband (and he's not sad about it). Has all the pockets and loose fit he loves.
