Some of the other reviewers have noted issues with faucet handles not being parallel and/or turning on and off in the wrong direction. I took a chance and bought them anyway and I'm glad I did. In the end we are very happy with the look and performance of the faucet but not the best overall quality. We had a kinked hose and several fittings that weren't milled perfectly, resulting in them not fitting together properly. Several gaskets hardened and failed to seal the drain. Plumber's ingenuity and time-honored methods fixed it, but the installer package should have everything you need. We installed on a double vanity and ended up sending one back. This faucet looks great and has no plastic parts which I really like. I also liked that it comes with a drain and hoses so no additional purchases are required to complete the installation (at least I thought so). I highly recommend swapping the tops of the handles so that they are parallel to the wall before installing (as others have noted in their reviews).
