Some of the other reviewers have noted issues with faucet handles not being parallel and/or turning on and off in the wrong direction. I took a chance and bought them anyway and I'm glad I did. Although both issues can be a problem, it's really easy to fix. Set the hot side to the cold side and the cold side to the hot side, then swap the handles. You will receive an Allen key for this. The buttons are parallel and turn on and off in the right direction. I could see the problem with properly caulking the drains, but after years of experience I've learned to always use plumber's putty and that will fix the problem. Nice crane for a third the cost of the Delta.
