Just buy it DIY!

Omg! I am SO glad I stumbled across this product! It has everything you need to remodel your fireplace for just $40! I was going to buy this other brand of paint from Home Depot which would have cost me more (as I think it will be a full gallon). This paint is more than enough for me and I double coated it and used it at a 2:1 ratio (full coverage!) Probably just over half the tiny can it came with. At first I was concerned when I first saw how tiny it was that it might not be enough, but it…

Great product, smart set!

We vacuumed/cleaned the chimney one night and taped/painted the next night. The project took 5 hours; The fireplace is small but I pay a lot of attention to detail. We made a 1:1 ratio and used a total of 6 ounces of paint. I would definitely buy the set again as I appreciate the time rather than going to the store and buying all the items individually. Easy enough for the first use of whitewash, I did it! BEAUTIFUL RESULT!

WE LOVE how our brick fireplace turned out after we whitewashed it with this product. This product is easy enough for DIY beginners to use and looks very pretty! At first we were a bit afraid to do it ourselves, but once you get started it's not that difficult. It's a 2:1 ratio (I don't think I can remember exactly but any ratio will be the whitest result) with no rubbing and we did that because we had a black mortor and we wanted it to end up looks grey!
