I originally got this for Finger Crack February but as an added bonus it also helps my arthritis. Not only did I melt the cheap one for a long time, but it was also too hot and not adjustable. This machine is intended for commercial use, e.g. It works well in the home if you have a place to keep it and if you can pay to keep it on all the time. Not that administration costs that much.
