Five stars for spare parts

Very good filters for the price. On the manufacturer's website this is a 5 micron filter while the OEM has a 4 micron filter. At 70% of the OEM price, this is a pretty good deal.

  • Country of origin: Taiwan
Cons
  • Expensive

Perfect Replacement Parts

I have a 2004 F-350 Lariat with a 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel engine and they fit perfectly. A very simple switch. I will buy them again when it's time to change them plus great savings over other filters.

  • Package Weight: 0.24kg
Cons
  • No

Not quite the same as Ford filters

The filters are the same size as Ford filters, have a water separator gasket, proper o-rings and a couple of wetting ones holes. The only drawback is that there is no locking tab to hold the filter in the correct position in the pump housing. I'm assuming that's why they use two vents, but that still doesn't guarantee that the vent is pointing exactly straight up, allowing all the air to escape and utilize 100% of the filter. Still a great price.

Pros
  • Package dimensions: 18.288 H x 9.652 D x 9.652 W (centimeters)
Cons
  • Not the best

Filter slightly smaller/shorter than original

For the money this filter kit is not bad. But filters are slightly smaller/shorter than motorcycle filters. I change my filters every 10,000 miles, thought it might save me some money but due to small differences I will be going back to Motorcraft for my next filter change. I'm afraid the filters might be too small for the body and might leave unfiltered diesel around, I don't know for sure but I don't want to risk it, I have 265,000 original injectors on the truck that don't stick. But the…
