DO NOT WORK ON 3/4 " LOCKING RING

Well assembled EXCEPT THE TIP WHICH WORKS! As you can see, too big to fit the 3/4" locking ring holes fit. All 4 instruments are the same, they will be returned on loan. UPDATE: The seller was very quick to respond to the tip, it turns out there are 2 or 3 tip diameters depending on the clamp diameter. They won't fit my 3/4" snap ring.

Decent set with a little modification

Heavy duty circlip pliers set. I was fed up with the cheap auto shop stuff that was practically useless for real snap rings. I bought them to restore an old manual gearbox, they did their job quite well. I had to file the tips on a pair for the outer rings but they all worked fine.

Great tool: Pliers

Because my parents like to do their own repairs, my parents' hose reel leaked a monstrous clutch leak. Thank goodness for this tool (since none of the hardware stores I checked had it). I was able to remove the snap ring, take out the worn o-rings and replace them with new ones. leak fixed. I highly recommend this product.

Nice tool kit with locking rings and storage bag

The tools appear to be strong and durable although I have not had a chance to use them and am looking forward to it. high quality, hopefully many years of use, but either the mounting tabs for each of the tools are a bit tight and won't allow the tool handle to slide into position, or the material that the tool handle is made of prevents a comfortable storage of the tool.

Well made circlip pliers, not cheap at all. You will receive two straight blade pliers and two 90 degree pliers. Not your cheap port freight. Good comfortable rubber grips and forged steel teeth. No more changing tips like some pliers, they come already with internal and external makeup. The length of the pliers is perfect for me (7 inches), the grip is nice and doesn't slip out of your hand like plastic pens when you have some grease or oil on your hands. worth your money. I have been purchasing several multi-tipped general purpose circlip pliers from parts stores for several years with minimal success. The tips are always bent or the securing devices (nuts and bolts) or the general design of the Pi's just don't fit or work for one reason or another.
