Canisters are just what I was looking for. I wish they came in a set with all sizes, flour, sugar, cornmeal etc.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE buying from Revain and getting a used product when I've bought something NEW! One of the glasses was wet and stank. I also found glass in 2 jars and one of the lids was dented. Not my best buy...

Plastic lid has no rubber/seal, nothing! Filled with water, no flow. I decided to give it a try anyway, but my herbs aren't staying fresh. I bought some rubber pads and use food safe glue to seal these bad boys in because they are oversized.

I didn't want tin cans to grace the counter, although they are beautiful. They are all for actual food storage so I wanted them to be the same size and not pre-labeled. Very well packed. The glass had some weight, but not too heavy. The lid is stainless steel over plastic, but it looks expensive. I like them very much and will buy more.

I ordered 40 oz square glass jars with stainless steel lids. I had a 32 ounce bag of protein powder I wanted to store in it and figured the 40 ounce bag would give me enough room to add a scoop. They only hold 16 ounces with no scoop space. Lids are plastic with steel over plastic. Non-hermetic seal. This is clearly not as advertised.

These containers were exactly what I was looking for. Not only are they beautiful, they are made of very thick glass. I would like to recommend her, but I can't. The threads on the screw cap are so short and messy that it is almost impossible to put the cap on correctly the first time. It often takes several attempts before the lid is screwed on and properly seated. Not worth the trouble and definitely not airtight as advertised.

I usually don't like plastic containers as they discolour, warp or otherwise don't hold up. Glass containers are far more likely to be something that will last a lifetime - at least until you drop them, but it's a risk to all the best. Three containers are good value for money. They're not as big as I would like for staples like rice or beans, but they're good for things I have less of like tea, nuts, spices, and dried fruit.
