To be honest the "loop" on the hook is a bit shoddy in construction. years as a carrying hook on my scooter. If not, I'll just order another one for the price if it breaks. I will, and given this manufacturing defect, will most likely buy again.

This hook is a great solution for carrying extra bags or a backpack on a Nine Max or any other scooter with a small oval/rounded handlebar (Xiaomi, Swagger 5 etc.). The shape of the mount (rounded) doesn't exactly match the Ninebot Max, but it's close enough to be sure. Just don't overtighten the mounting bracket or you could dent the stem.
