Pretty but doesn't bend

There is no wire in this betta leaf, so it's almost impossible to display it exactly how I want it. I had to brace it between the heater and the air hose to get it the way I wanted it. There is a large leaf and a smaller one. The suction cup sticks well and the leaves look good underwater. The glow effect is barely noticeable but I'm fine with that as I usually use regular lighting. My rooster examined the leaves carefully before deciding to try them and they seem to like them. In general I'm…

Looks natural but the stem doesn't bend

This rooster blade is of decent quality although I used to have another type where I could bend the stem and adjust the blade in the direction I wanted. This one doesn't flex, making it difficult to position it the way I want it. The leaf looks natural in the water and my betta tested it. It hasn't rested on that yet and I may have to play with the blade height to adjust it to my liking. He seems to enjoy hiding under a leaf and seeking shade. The leaf material is soft and silky, not hard, so I

Works better in newer GloFish tanks but still good

I have an old fashioned glowing tank with blue lights. I also have a newer tank that has a color changing effect with changing lights in the light spectrum. I have two of these sheets for each of our two tanks and for our two beta fish. The leaves will glow in any aquarium, but they will look much cooler in a new aquarium because the leaf will appear to change color with the new lighting system. In an old-style aquarium, the leaf has a slight fluorescent glow, but does not change color. I don't

Nice looking faux leaves, don't stick very well

I have had a struggling rooster for a long time (there have been a few different ones over the years) and I have grown live plants but they can be very difficult to clean , if you have problems with algae, so I thought some artificial plants might be better. These are 2 leaves with stems fitted with a suction cup so they can be attached to the aquarium wall. They look like real ones and sway a little in the moving water. As mentioned, there are no wires in the stems, so you can't bend them. The

VERY nice (with photo) - jewelry

Here is a review of the GloFish Betta Leaf which is priced at $6.99 at the time of the review. At first I thought it might be a little pricey but this Betta Leaf is one of the best I've seen. The 2 sheets are actually silk and have a lovely two tone look. The silk is very soft, as are the plastic stems. The suction cup is big and strong enough to stay in place. The leaves are larger than any standard plastic Betta leaf you can buy. So much so that not only is it a good place for the animals to…

Great Value Betta Leaf for your GloFish Betta!

Because GloFish are interesting fish that have undoubtedly become fashionable lately, GloFish products are also interesting. Especially the betta leaves of the GloFish aquarium plant as they change color unlike other betta leaves! looks natural, but plants glow under blue LEDs. Here you can see the edges much greener and the inner layer greenish-yellow. But it's easy to use, just wash it first and then place it about 2-2 1/2 inches below the water surface with a suction cup. put the glass on…

Doesn't harm our fish, looks good in blue or natural light

I have two betas, each in their own tank of course. The problem with Bettas is that they tend to tear their fins when they have long or plastic plants, but they really enjoy having the foliage entertain them. We have a few hiding spots and things they can get in and out of, but we have to constantly pull out plants because even the softest ones seem to snap their fins. We tried another type of leaf but this was the only one, cheap and usually ignored by both. It has a large suction cup so you…
