Keep in mind! - 12V Powerpole input connectors

It's a good unit but there is a BIG caveat. The 12 volt input is through the Anderson Powerpole connectors, not the ring-bolt (battery) connectors, which I was kinda expecting. Cables attached to Anderson Powerpole connectors are only 3 feet long. So if you need more wires to get to the battery, you have two options. Either connect the longer wires to the included #10 wires (which the instructions don't recommend), or buy new Powerpole connectors, a special crimping tool ($40), and some #8 orโ€ฆ

Oh I've been earlier for a lower price. That .

Oh I used to buy cheaper. It's quiet, quiet, quiet and delivers really high-quality performance for my electronics. Expensive, but I didn't see any other option. Update from December 27th, 2016 our inverter started to squeak loudly and wouldn't switch off anymore. I contacted support and this is the answer after telling them I can't upload a video about it (sorry but I had better support who at least suggested looking at the inverter). I still think this is one of the best inverters but ours is

  • Not sure

I have had my own home electrical system for over 30 years, built my own and only power supply, no Edison and no backup gas generator. In the early years, inverters were very expensive and many of them failed. When I discovered electricity a few decades ago, it was an affordable sine wave. a few months ago my 1000 12vdc inverter had a problem. It turned out that the mice gnawed at the insulation of the battery cable, emitting powerful crackles and flashes. I ordered this inverter so how do Iโ€ฆ

*UPDATE* Back to work

*UPDATE 3* (3/10/2016) Still working, not in 24/7 use I'd say. When I use it, I still like the low idle pull. He works in my cubicle, which has only LED lighting and a couple of phone chargers. Very handy to run all night while I sleep, no big idle and noisy fan but instant power when needed. *UPDATE 2* I finally got around to checking the warranty for this. You are in Canada. Having considered shipping this heavy stone, chances are they don't cover the warranty and I have to pay for shippingโ€ฆ

Great device at a good price and a good seller.

Bought a Go Power GP-SW300-12 300W pure sine wave inverter through Revain from Renewable Energy Supplies. First, a quick word about the seller. They were delivered quickly at a competitive price and properly packaged for shipping as any seller would. But they were also good for situations you want to avoid if possible, namely when something goes wrong. Although all packaging was in good condition, the item arrived with a defective fan, leading me to believe it came from the factory. Renewableโ€ฆ

(with 3ft leader) can be easily removed when not in use

purchased this inverter so that we can have 110v power in our trailer tent when dry camping. Article very well made and HEAVY!. provides clean energy. can fire any object up to its rated power of 300W. NO electrical interference when using electronics (such as radio or computer) comes with a quick power connector (with 3ft tether) for easy removal when not in use. (There must also be a quick connector for the ground terminal). I'd like to mount it remotely, but when gfi works, resetting theโ€ฆ
