arrived with an inch scratch!

I really like this but it arrived with an inch sized scratch on the bottom inside. I think I can cover the scratch with a felt tip pen? OR send back. You have to know that the people who buy these things care about aesthetics and want them to look perfect. Come on quality control! Other than that, I love the look of my 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71.

Cheap, scratched, not fully tightened

This product was scratched first. Looked pretty bad like it hadn't been painted or cared for. I don't know why it had markings on it. Second, the grip is terrible. I had to work very hard to hold it halfway to the muffle and it was still rattling. Just cheap - so-so. You get what you pay for. for your information.

Black finish that cracks in the cold

In the few months it has been new it has been great. I liked the look, it felt like a quality product and it didn't interfere with the exhaust noise too much. Then winter hit in full force (often below -30) and I can only imagine the intense cold followed by hot exhaust fumes caused the black trim to crack and chip. I only ride cleared city streets and have fenders, so it's unlikely that this damage was caused by rocks or debris (especially the bits on top of the peak where the rhino emblem…
