Doesn't output 1080p

I contacted the manufacturer and tried the steps they provided, but I ended up not being able to get 1080p video from this capture card. upset

With zoom outputs 720p. With OBS it outputs up to 1080p @ 25fps. The website is down because I tried to download the drivers as suggested in the manual.

Good video output on audio and video equipment

I'm using this to improve standard definition live conversion at our church. The video output from this device is absolutely fine. BUT the video was just choppy in action. Very disappointing! Maybe it works better in the end: or maybe I had a broken one, I don't know because I didn't try the other one.

Plug and play on any operating system

This capture card is great, works on any operating system (Mac, Windows and Linux) and does the job. The only issue is the Nintendo Switch - I had an issue where when recording from the Switch it only worked on the dedicated USB port and sent a video issue to the computer where it couldn't properly capture the bottom half of the screen and draw random lines on the OBS. Otherwise, the video loop works great!

Good video output on video converters

The included cable is bad; Doesn't work on PS4. Support went out of the way! May work in other use cases.

First of all I would like to say that despite the issues with this device, Gofanco's support has been just OUTSTANDING and went out of their way to help and get me up and running - even sending me a replacement to test - but Unfortunately, the box currently has problems that still need to be fixed. They are working on it and have stated that they can fix it with a future firmware patch and I'll be sure to update this review when I get a chance to test it. It's for their outstanding service that
