I've heard a lot about this type of tool. However, this particular one is terrible. When I removed the second clip from my bumper, the metal on the pliers was completely bent. Extremely disappointed.

After 5 decades of tinkering with cars using screwdrivers, pliers and fingers to remove plastic panel fasteners I have finally given up buying these fastener removal tools. It might be possible to salvage some fasteners from damage for reuse and make my life a little easier. I always dreaded the clip on removal process until I got this one.

Much better than I expected for the price. Durable metal stick. Bought this kit to remove the inner fender liner on a '09 Accord to replace headlight bulbs (damn Honda!). In the end I used every tool in the kit as intended and was able to remove each clip without damaging any. So I am satisfied and recommend this set.

Anyone who has ever operated a Canam ATV or UTV. Do yourself a favor and buy this! For years I cursed those stupid plastic pens. I had to take off 3,000,000 parts to do anything with these machines. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and bought them the tools they needed. Why did I wait so long!?! Now instead of 48 hours I can only spend 4 hours uninstalling and installing all those pesky fiendish gadgets.

I needed to change a lightbulb, loosen the faceplate and remove some fender pins on my 2011 Chevy Suburban. Needless to say, this push pin remover kit came in very handy. I could reuse the push pins (instead of ruining the head and using a new one when it's removed with a screwdriver). Came in a great quality red canvas bag. great for keeping them together.

Very Happy with this Product I have weak arthritic and hypermobile hands that ache with any pressure. I stabbed myself with a flathead while waiting for him to get here. I just lack the coordination for two mediocre instruments. I like that I can squeeze the handle and it does the hard work for me. Just make sure nothing gets in the way of what you're tearing down. I dropped a few pins on the ground.

Strong construction but too thick to remove plastic clips; I ended up using a regular flathead screwdriver for the plastic clips. Pliers are very handy when cutting plastic/metal panels; I had to wrap the pliers in tape to make sure they didn't scratch the paint. If I could find a strong and durable plastic remover I would because duct tape makes the pliers/squeegees even thicker and renders them useless in denser panels.
