Gorilla Automotive 96187SS Stainless Lifetime Review

Replaced OEM two piece nuts on our '07 Dodge Magnum SRT. Not only do they look great and fit perfectly, they also hold up great. Changed them completely for the first 110,000 km of braking work. Highly recommend as they are bigger than I was hoping for.

After assembly, the nuts look very nice. I used them on a 2013 Ford F-150 STX 5.0L to replace swollen nuts. Gorilla Ring Nuts are a similar design and are a solid metal cap. I hope these nuts don't swell up like the standard nuts. They are also said to be "for life".

The nuts you sent did not match the item on the website picture. On the website the picture was presented as high quality and with a different nut they were returned. You are still using the wrong image in your ad for Gorilla Automotive 96107ss. The written description of the stainless steel glans is correct as the (stainless steel cap) sticks out at the base of the union nut. The nut in the picture is smooth at the base, not the one I received.

UPDATE 2019. They are still in my truck but to the dismay of the truck mechanics here in Pennsylvania. They set her on the path to the Engen. I have to order more as the mechanics rotate with a percussion gun. You can't remove them with a long breaker even with a cheater. The bump stop is broken! I was disappointed with how quickly some of the other nuts I had bought rusted so I bought these. So far they are holding up very well. The only thing I complain about is that they are bigger than my stock lug nuts so stock tire mounting doesn't work. I have to take a 24mm socket and wrench with me in case I blow out a tire.
