Used packaging, cheap quality

Cheap tools, packaging was taped together so obviously used before. The tool didn't do me any good, but I wouldn't recommend it based on the quality alone.

For home use with power and hand tools only

Will do the job described. But this is not a tool for professionals. I would advise you to buy something of higher quality. Metal and workmanship is cheap. But that's quite enough for you at home in this random situation. For this price it's worth it.

Worst Pliers: Hand Tools

First of all the packaging was badly torn, seems they have been used before. But that's not even the main problem. I started using them to install internal snap rings for 1/4" bearings. The pins are poorly made, unequal lengths, and angled in such a way that when squeezed with pliers, the snap ring usually just pops off. That's good. You so had to hold the ring and hope it didn't break off and scratch the work piece while trying to install the snap ring. The pins are too big for the internal…
